Submission checks

  1. 1. Commit is reachable from the repository default branch.
  2. 2. Every protected file matches the frozen assignment manifest byte-for-byte.
  3. 3. The run belongs to that exact SHA and the official workflow.
  4. 4. The artifact schema, score totals, assignment and SHA are validated.
